This was my first time making bread. The recipe was easy to follow. I attempted a loaf and put some of the dough in muffin tins. I used butter in the muffin tins and they burned. The loaf turned out nicely.

Halved the recipe, may add a water bath to make it a little crispier on the outside thought. Lovely and soft inside.

Amazingly soft bread. I made it two days ago and I’m making it again right now. Wow! Love love love this bread. I gave one away and they loved it too. I made it by hand cause I love doing that instead of using a mixer. (And I don’t have one) 😂 there is something about doing it by hand. I will keep making this bread.

Wonderful! Thank you for the recipe. The only thing I did differently was to use the old fashioned sifter on the flour. Very light and soft, good crust.

Lovely fluffy bead that melts in your mouth. I don't have a mixer and it still turned out great. It took me a lot more than 90 minutes to make, but I'm still going to make it again.
