Great! I pureed the oats to blend better with the peanut butter for my kids. They love it, so passed the picky eater test. Will definitely include in the after school snack rotation.

They turned out pretty good instead of flaxseed I use chia seed and rolled the top with unsweetened coconut shreds

Perfect. I don’t love a honey flavor so I added some maple syrup to make the flavor more to my liking, and I add coconut to some of them to mix it up as well.

Just made these, they are wonderful, did 1/4 c flaxseed and 1/4 c chia and used mini chips. Rolled half in coconut, left half as recipe called for. When I use the coconut, will just add in the batch, less messy that way. Thank you for sharing:)
