    Great idea and so easy to make! I have used different kinds of digestive biscuits I had around and everyone loved it. It is indeed hard to layer if you do not add a layer of biscuits above the mango, I layered very easy like this: biscuits, cream, mango, biscuits, cream, mango etc. I can't wait to use this with other fruits as well.
