    It turned out absolutely delicious... had one more chicken breast so instead of 12 minutes at first cooked it for 20... and it came out perfect! Definitely cooking it again!!

    Really depends on your quality of chicken and vegetables and oil for this recipe otherwise you end up with basic flavors. I used a balsamic oil and larger breasts and more cheese, almost needs smaller breasts to keep balanced flavors.

    Very delicious. I made it for two and used the left over mozzarella, basil, and tomatoes to make a caprese salad. Will absolutely make this again.

    Delicious recipe!! I did change the recipe a bit. I only had 2 8ounce breasts and used fresh garlic instead of dried. I bought 2 large tomatoes and had 2 slices left for munching while the dish baked in the oven. I LOVE balsalmic glaze, so I used double the recipe had called for. I will definitely make again!!

    Very easy meal. We substituted squash and zucchini for the asparagus. Good meal at the end of a busy day.

    great recipe for a beginner like myself, i screwed up my balsamic reduction and it was still really good

    A couple minor adjustments. Thin sliced the chicken. Put the basil shreds on the chicken and “beat” it in with a kitchen mallet. Soaked my tomato slices in balsamic. Used the broiler to brown the mozzarella. Then served on ciabatta with a yoghurt garlic spread. No asparagus.

    I got so many oohs & aahs and "this looks like a fancy french restaurant" lol. Was super easy and I'm not kidding i kept hearing "mmm" throughout dinner from everyone! I did make two changes: added honey to the reduction and used cabbage leaves tossed in basil paste in place of basil leaves.

    It was quite yummy, guess I put too much mozza because it ran all over the chicken but was ooey and gooey. I subbed garlic powder for actual garlic, so it was pretty flavourful. Only made the caprese chicken part, not the asparagus.
