    I made this for my 14 yr old son who is trying to lose weight for dessert. He has a big sweet tooth and this healthy recipe satisfied him. Great smoothie. Will make again!

    Used 2 bananas instead of 3, used oat milk instead of almond and didn’t use honey to reduce sugar content. Came out great!

    It was awesome! It tasted great and if you are a light eater makes you full with just 1 serving! And it is super easy to make but since i had no almond milk I used lactose free milk since I can't drink regular milk.
