    Way too much cream cheese! turned out to be something to choke down rather than enjoy! only use mozza instead of cream cheese!

    It was pretty good but not something I will go out of my way to have again. The left overs were rather bland as well. I think I would prefer this recipe with the sauce heated and applied over it rather than stuffed inside it.

    Turned out amazing and my family loved it!! Creamy rich spinach dip on the inside, juicy chicken, and crispy on the outside...yum!! The only thing I will change the next time around is once the panko is lightly browned, I'll put in the oven to finish cooking the chicken thru.

    Replaced the cream cheese with ricotta because that's what I had, and sautéed 4 cloves of garlic with the spinach. Totally amazing chicken!!!!

    The only thing I changed was the mozzarella ,I used grated parmesan instead because of not having mozzarella. absolutely wonderful!! Definitely will do this one again. A keeper for sure.

    Soooo good! Frying chicken never works for me, so I ended up throwing it in the oven after frying on 400 for 15 mins and it was perfect!
