    Delicious. Saw this recipe and had to make it right away. My brother literally stopped making his pizza so he could make these. The batter stays in place as you pour, so you don't have to worry about multiple pancakes running together. We recommend making several smaller pancakes instead of larger ones. Take care when cooking, for they will burn quickly if the pan gets too hot. The texture is not the same as a flour pancake; its a little spongier. Taste-wise; its delicious, you can definitely taste the banana so I added some cinnamon. It holds blueberries, so adding extras is not a problem for this batter. Over-all opinion: Good recipe that we will definitely be making again!
