    This was a really easy dish to make!! I seasoned with umami. Didn’t have veggie stock so I used chicken stock! I liked it!!👍

    Gorgeous! So much flavour and tasted just as it has in restaurants when I’ve had mushroom stroganoff! Definitely making again... probably next week!

    Absolutely loved it! undercooked the onion a little and I did forget to put the rice on... but it worked great!
